Thank you sir. I just hope I stick with it.

BTW, I am trying out a keto diet. Mmmmm... fat...

Today

Grip work

Warmup:

Easy grippers: 2 sets of 5 each hand

CoC Training gripper: 1x5 each hand (not full ROM), 1x7 each hand (not full ROM- last two reps assisted)

1 hr walk

Comments:
I still can't close even the training gripper. I am getting closer though. Once I can close the training gripper easily, I will use that as my warmup.

"Real results require real effort. You need to work so hard you almost pass out when you do a heavy set. You need to drive yourself to the point where, many times, you literally collapse after the set is over. You must train so hard that one heavy set can make you sore for days. You need to yell and shout and sweat and hurt when you train."

Today:

One Arm DB Press: 30x7 each arm, 30x8 each arm, 50x4R, 50x5L

Thick Bar Curls: 50x5, 50x5, 50x6

Squats: 75x5, 95x5, 135x5

Comments:
Have not done the press in a long time. Curls were hard as always (with the 3" bar). I was still sore from lunges on Sunday, and I haven't done squats in a while, so I took it easy rather than do the widowmakers I had planned on for today.

Good workout. I got a little tired at the end. May be a result of my metabolism shifting. I still added weight to the bar, so I am happy. Took some vids for form analysis. Feel free to chime in.

Now that is harsh, thank God I live in sunny southern California!
On a side note, it has been raining like crazy. Today it didn't so it's all good.

I haven't had my sprinklers on for a few weeks from all the rain!

Well, you don't need to shovel rain.

Today:

Squats: 75x8, 95x8, 135x20

Barbell Pullovers: 1x20

Then:

5 pullups
10 chair pushups
20 decline situps

15 decline situps

puke

5 pullups
12 chair pushups
20 decline situps

Comments:

Holy crap. I'm going to sleep well tonight. I gotta get my ass in shape. Good thing today was a carb load day.

Thanks man. My entire upper body is destroyed. Quads are slightly sore, but that's about it. I got one more carb-up day today, then it's back to the fats.
