"Real results require real effort. You need to work so hard you almost pass out when you do a heavy set. You need to drive yourself to the point where, many times, you literally collapse after the set is over. You must train so hard that one heavy set can make you sore for days. You need to yell and shout and sweat and hurt when you train."

I am considering this as my workout cause I am a little tired lol.

My dog, pictured here...

...poops a LOT. When he goes, they are monster turds. It's been about four months since he has pooped outside on one of our walks. This is because he has now been taught to go to the door to the backyard to poop. Well, for the four months that he's been going outside, it's been cold/ snowy, and you can't see the poop. It has been above 32 for a few days now, and the snow has cleared so I was assigned the job of poop-picker-upper. I picked up a little over 100 POUNDS OF SHIT TODAY!!!

I need a shower lol.

Your hamstrings will be sore tomorrow...lol

That dog doesn't seem that big. How much does he way?
