So I read a lot of articles in magazines, books, and online pretty often. This month in Maximum Fitness, they had a very short article saying to try "Ginger" as an anti inflammatory supplement. I believe it said to take 250-500mg of ginger extract after a hard work out to cut down on some soreness. And considering that I also read an article a year or so back in Muscle & Fitness that said taking acetominophen or ibuprofen will actually hinder your gains, this might be a great idea.
